«اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الهَمِّ وَالحَزَنِ، وَالعَجْزِ وَالكَسَلِ، وَالبُخْلِ وَالجُبْنِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ، وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ»

Allahumma innī a‘ūdhu bika mina l-hammi wa l-ḥazni, wa l-‘ajzi wa l-kasli, wa l-bukhli wa l-jubni, wa ḍala‘i d-dayni, wa ghalabati r-rijāli

“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and sorrow, from incapacity and laziness, from miserliness and cowardice, from the burden of debt, and from the oppression of others.”
