Recite S\u016brat al-Ikhl\u0101\u1e63 and the two Mu\u2018\u0101widhatayn (S\u016brat al-Falaq and S\u016brat an-N\u0101s). Then blow lightly with your hands and wipe the area of pain or the patient. Repeat this three times.<\/strong><\/p>

\u00b7 \u201cSay, \u02f9O Prophet,\u02fa \u201cHe is Allah\u2014One \u02f9and Indivisible\u02fa; Allah\u2014the Sustainer \u02f9needed by all\u02fa. He has never had offspring, nor was He born. And there is none comparable to Him.\u201d<\/p>

\u00b7 \u201cSay, \u02f9O Prophet,\u02fa \u201cI seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak from the evil of whatever He has created, and from the evil of the night when it grows dark, and from the evil of those \u02f9witches casting spells by\u02fa blowing onto knots, and from the evil of an envier when they envy.\u201d<\/p>

\u00b7 \u201cSay, \u02f9O Prophet,\u02fa \u201cI seek refuge in the Lord of humankind, the God of humankind, from the evil of the lurking whisperer\u2014 who whispers into the hearts of humankind\u2014 from among jinn and humankind.\u201d<\/i><\/a><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n \n <\/article>\n<\/div>\n\n
